1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Savebase Labs LLP, India ("Savebase", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Savebase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Savebase provides a platform to aggregate, organize, and manage saved content from various social media platforms. We act as an intermediary to help you access and organize your bookmarked content.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to distribute malware or spam
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

5. Intellectual Property

The Savebase service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you save or organize through our service.

6. Google API Usage and Compliance

Savebase uses Google APIs (including Google Identity and Google Sheets) to provide certain features. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the following terms in addition to these Terms of Service:

• Google API Limited Use Policy: Savebase complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Data Access: We access Google user data only to the extent necessary to provide the requested features. This includes creating spreadsheets and writing data to your designated Google Sheets.
• Data Security: OAuth tokens for Google services are encrypted at rest. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising purposes.
• Data Sharing: We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing and improving the Savebase service.

Revoking Access: You may revoke Savebase's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing Savebase, or by disconnecting the integration in your Savebase account settings.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through the checkout provider shown at purchase. Subscription pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. You may cancel a renewing plan through account settings or the billing portal. Initial paid purchases are covered by our 30-day Refund Policy.

8. Referral Program

If you activate or use Refer & earn, the separate Referral Program Terms apply and form part of these Terms. Referral commission is not guaranteed until attribution, payment, holding-period, fraud-review, payout-threshold, and verification requirements are satisfied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Savebase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
