From save to useful reference
Record the pattern, visual choice and problem it addresses. A note such as dense navigation with clear hierarchy makes an otherwise generic portfolio URL searchable. Keep your interpretation distinct from the designer's stated rationale, and revisit the original when you need to inspect interaction details.
Run Grab Saved Pins with the extension to bring returned Pinterest pins into board-derived folders. Put a useful reference in more than one project folder and add tags for navigation, typography, color or onboarding. Keep source links and credit alongside your own design note. Bulk capture depends on what Pinterest returns and your plan capacity.
Enable backup for eligible Instagram, Facebook, Threads and TikTok media you save. Successfully backed-up media can remain viewable when the original CDN URL expires. A saved website URL still points to a live page and does not freeze its layout or preserve an interactive prototype.

Duplicate cleanup scans currently loaded posts, keeps the oldest record and permanently removes newer duplicates without merging their notes. Review the scan before confirming removal. See duplicate cleanup guidance.

Pro unlocks all 11 social platforms, unlimited social posts and folders, dashboard file imports, on-demand AI Bulk Tagging, read-only ChatGPT/MCP access, Notion and Google Sheets sync, RSS, rules, webhooks, media backup and video transcripts.
Media backup must be enabled and successfully fetch eligible Instagram, Facebook, Threads or TikTok media. Request video transcripts when needed; new saves are not automatically transcribed.
