From save to useful reference
Create a folder per engagement and tag sources by industry, workstream and method. A public sector report might inform several projects without being saved repeatedly. Add the client context in a note so a benchmark from one engagement is not silently reused for a very different organization.
Sync saved records into Savebase's Notion database template, then reference them from your own engagement planning pages. Keep the original URLs and notes about scope. This supports your research workflow while formal deliverables and client access remain in your existing consulting tools.
Set a reminder on the report you need to read before the steering meeting and enable reminder emails. Note which recommendation it might support and what assumptions need checking. The goal is to return to the source with a question, rather than arrive with only a remembered headline.
